CANCELLATION POLICY
- Book & buy. Non-cancellable and non-refundable. Rebooking is not allowed.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
-Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be
extended subject to room availability with corresponding charges.
-The primary guest must be eighteen (18) years of age to be able to check-in and/or stay in the room without
an accompanying adult.
-An incidental deposit of Php3,000nett per room per stay will be collected upon check-in.
-Smoking inside the guest rooms is not allowed. Designated smoking areas are in the resort premises. A Php
10,000 penalty will be charged in violation of this policy.
-The room rate is only valid for this stay. Rates for additional rooms may vary subject to the best available rate
at the time of reservation.
-The room rate is valid for the number of guests specified upon reservation. An extra charge will apply for
additional people staying in the room.
-Pets are not allowed inside the resort.
-For health and safety reasons, food and beverage brought from outside the resort is not allowed.
-All guest rooms are for accommodation purposes only; any commercial activity is not allowed.
